The Site provides general information about our company, materials and products (including CycleBond). It is not engineering, technical, legal, or procurement advice. Specifications, trials, and supply are governed by separate written agreements.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
• Upload or transmit malicious code, unlawful or infringing content
• Use automated scraping/crawling except as allowed by robots.txt We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, layout) is owned by Cyclenomics or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may view, share links, and print reasonable extracts for internal business reference; any other use (including reproduction, distribution, modification) requires our prior written consent.

5. Accuracy and availability

We aim for accurate, up-to-date information but make no warranty that the content is complete, error-free or always available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, security, or policies.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyclenomics will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total liability for direct loss shall not exceed NZD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cyclenomics harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you prefer a different primary forum for specific markets (e.g., EU/UK), we can include a regional rider by agreement.
