Circular by nature.
Revolutionary by design.
Cyclenomics turns waste rubber into circular inputs that fit the equipment industry already uses. We develop the technology, operate at industrial scale, and partner with contractors, manufacturers, councils and governments.

We recover rubber from tyres and other products through devulcanisation, supplying devulcanised rubber crumb and rubber-based modifiers for roads (CycleBond™), manufacturing, coatings, and sealants. Our solutions integrate with existing plants and processes, so adoption doesn’t require redesign.
We back this with published Safety Data Sheets and will share independent life cycle assessments and pilot results as programmes conclude.

“Waste is misused resources. Our job is to re-engineer those resources intoinputs that make economic sense for industry and environmental sense forsociety, so circularity is practical, not performative.”
Active in China and New Zealand, with supply and licensing partnerships opening in additional regions. Australia planned for 2027.

Founder & CEO
A lifelong operator in the rubber/tyre sector and former CEO of Carter’s Tyre Service, Matt now leads Cyclenomics in turning waste rubber, including tyres, into devulcanised materials for roads and manufacturing. He focuses on innovation, partnerships and circular economics to deliver cost-effective, high-performing, low-impact materials at industrial scale.

Global Technical Lead
With 30+ years in tyre reuse and devulcanisation across Asia, the Americas, Oceania and Africa, Julian is based in China and pioneered the setup of precure retreading and rubber devulcanization projects. At Cyclenomics he directs R&D, scale-up and technical partnerships, guiding commercial applications of devulcanised rubber and composite materials in binders, coatings and manufactured products.

In Aotearoa New Zealand, we acknowledge tangata whenua and the partnership principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. We aim to engage respectfully with iwi/Māori partners where appropriate, and to reflect this commitment in procurement, hiring and community outcomes.
We recover rubber from end-of-life products and return it to industry as devulcanised materials that work in today’s workflows. The goal is practical circularity. Less reliance on virgin polymers where appropriate, less waste to landfill, backed by Safety Data Sheets now and independent life-cycle assessments as programmes mature.
