Devulcanised rubber for
real-world use
Cyclenomics supplies devulcanised rubber crumb recovered from waste rubber products and prepared for use in roads (CycleBond™ ), manufacturing, and coatings & sealants. It’s engineered for compatibility with existing plant and methods, so you can introduce circular rubber content without redesigning equipment.

Devulcanisation selectively loosens the sulphur cross-links in cured rubber so the rubber phase can be reused. We process waste rubber into screened crumb suitable for binders, emulsions and compounding. The goal is practical circularity: reduce waste, cut virgin polymer use where appropriate, and fit current workflows.

Devulcanised crumb rubber graded to consistent screening ranges for dosing and blending

Repeatable lots with basic batch records for project work

Handling guidance appropriate to fine rubber materials

Tried and tested acceptance criteria agreed during trials for tendered projects

Store sealed in a cool, dry area; manage moisture and dust with standard site PPE and housekeeping. For project work we provide batch records, handling notes, and agree QC tests relevant to the application.

We publish Safety Data Sheets as products are finalised. Independent life-cycle assessments and pilot project summaries will be released as programmes conclude so you can reference them in procurement and compliance.
Modifiers for asphalt, chip seal and emulsions, designed to work within PMB and pavement mixes; dosing/temperature windows confirmed in trials.

Compounds, moulded/extruded goods, tiles/mats, profiles, anti-vibration parts; dosing/dispersion guidance and QA criteria agreed in trials.

Rubber-enhanced coatings, sealants, and adhesive systems; formulation notes and handling guidance provided.

DVR crumb enables circular use of post-consumer and post-industrial rubber, reduces dependence on virgin polymers where appropriate, and compatibility with existing workflows, manufacturing configurations, blending processes will enable practical adoption
